Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Our adorable little Lola is back, and hoping for a wonderful, forever home of her own. Lola is a basset hound/shar pei mix that is almost a year old now. Lola was first surrendered when her owner that bought her as a puppy, no longer had time for her. Lola was a bit neglected and desperately needed entropion surgery to correct her eyes, so we took her for that and she recovered beautifully. She got adopted out but was returned for playing too rough with a cat, although we did tell the adopters that Lola prefers a home with no cats. So....this time, Lola is playing for keeps. She deserves the best home ever and will not be passed around like a sack of potatoes anymore! Lola is such a darling little girl that doesn't let anything get her down. She came bee-bopping back in, wiggling her little rear end with delight when she saw all of us, just as happy as ever. Lola is extremely outgoing, friendly, lovable and affectionate. She loves to play and has plenty of puppy energy, but she is just as happy to sit still while snuggling up in your lap. Lola will need a home with no cats, but she doesn't mind other dogs and adores people. This sweet pea is so very hopeful for a loving, permanent home to hang her leash so please come meet her, and make her dreams come true! File#23376 3/18/14
