Monster's Story...
"Monster" is a very good looking dog. He is a big, beautiful boy! He has a great disposition and is very friendly. He does have an eye infection that will need vet attention. He is only 2 years old so he is just reaching the maturity level of an adult large breed dog. He was released by his owner on 1/24/08. Give this sweet boy the loving, forever home that he so desperately needs!

He has been vaccinated for Distemper/Parvo. Will still need his Rabies shot and to be neutered.

When inquiring about him Please use his kennel # also. Most of these dogs have been named by a volunteer that shelter personnel may be unaware of. Thanks!

We are Full - If you are interested in this pet please visit the shelter A.S.A.P.!

Act quickly to adopt Monster. Pets at this Shelter may be held for only a short time.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Monster, a Anderson Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Anderson, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Anderson.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Anderson already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Anderson breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Anderson paves the way for another one to be saved.
