Here's what the humans have to say about me:
DUKE, approximately 7 years old, 81 lbs, heart worm positive, happy and friendly boy, very regal, tranquil, outgoing, not interested in toys at this time, okay being handled but cries when you pull on his toes, tail or ears, intelligent boy, sits immediately and very close to you, interacts well with people, needs a meet and greet with other dogs, will chase cats, and a home with children over 8 years old due to his size, responsive, enjoys attention but may not seek it out, well mannered, can be rather silly when playing with people, loves treats and can easily catch those tossed to him, Duke needs treatment for his heart worms but he is well worth the effort. DUKE is up to date on all shots as are all of the animals at Tehama County Animal Care Center. As we get more information on DUKE’s personality and likes we will be happy to share.
