Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Brady is a stunning red-and-white male border collie who was found wandering a rural part of southwest Idaho. It’s unimaginable that no one came looking for this big handsome boy as his foster mom claims he’s about the easiest and sweetest pup on the planet.
We’re guessing he’s about 3 years old and he has a medium activity level. He’s out of the puppy chewing stage but still young and very playful when outdoors. Brady weighs about 45 pounds right now. He came to us a little overweight so it would be good for his new family to help him continue his diet and exercise regimen.
Already neutered, housetrained and crate trained. He’s great in the house and loves to lie at your feet and watch television. He’s great with other dogs as well, although he's a little too interested in cats, so we are recommending no cats for Brady. If he starts to chase a dog or a ball and you call him mid-leap and he’ll promptly stop the chase and return. He really does have an excellent recall.
This guy just wants to please. He already knows 'sit' and 'down', although his version of down is to roll upside down and show you his adorable white tummy. He loves to fetch and will bring the ball all the way back and put it right in your hand, although you may have to convince him to let go. He takes treats from your hand very gently. Ask him to go to his crate and he’ll cross the room without you and put himself to bed, even if that tempting cat is lurking down the hall. If you lock him up in a crate or in a room with a dog gate, he’ll quietly nap until you come to get him. He’s not a noisy boy by any means. He still needs some practice at walking on leash, but he's eager to learn. He’s great riding in the car and will willingly jump in and crate up. And he LOVES attention!

Brady has quite a long, thick coat that will require some regular grooming to keep him looking handsome. And like any self-respecting border collie, he needs to be given appropriate mental and physical activity to keep him from developing his own hobbies. His adoption fee is $150 and includes neuter, vaccinations, collar and ID tag.
If you are interested in possibly adopting Brady, please email us for an adoption application today.
Upon approval and home visit, adopters will be asked to sign a contract and pay an adoption fee (which covers the cost of spay/neuter, vaccinations and other necessities).
