My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Stella is a 55 lb. 4 year old GSD mix who will steal your heart in no time at all. Her
first family needed to give her up because they both worked long hours and are
now raising an active tot. They simply could not give her the time she deserved but
had no complaints whatsoever about her behavior or her capacity to love. Her foster
mom tells us she is one of the sweetest and easiest dogs she has ever taken in.
After such a big disruption in her life, Stella is frightened of the other noisy foster dogs
although she had not had a problem with dogs while living in her original home. She
shared the house with a Sheltie mix and they were great friends. She is just a happy
beautiful dog who loves to play fetch and walk with you wherever you want to lead.
She'll make up games on her own and is never destructive when alone. Ever since
she was a puppy, she has had a compulsive little spinning action when she's worried or
excited or about to go out for an adventure. She was checked out thoroughly and this
habit was deemed part of her make-up but not a health issue. She is a quiet and perfectly
behaved girl and the twirling truly adds to her charm. She is wonderful in the car and a
great companion wherever you want to take her. She is always ready to give back far more
than she receives. People are always coming over to praise and pet her in public. She is
just that appealing. Her tail is always wagging and her eyes shine with intelligence and
understanding. She is housetrained, not a barker, great on or off a leash and always grateful
for your attention and kindness. We are very honored and happy to be able to find a new home
and family for this dear soul. ADOPTION FEE REQUIRED. CONTACT US AT 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.com
