My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I'm a bit of an introvert. I see Sammy and Leah playing with the peoples and it looks like they're having fun. I'm just not ready to do that yet. I prefer to stand on the sidelines until I'm more comfortable with my new environment. Alicia is 3.

FOSTER UPDATE:

: Alicia is still very shy. She loves JoJo, her foster sister greyhound. Alicia is still fearful of people. She tries to avoid contact, including putting on a leash, but enjoys walks once she's leashed. Alicia uses a dog door and loves spending time outside. Alicia would benefit from more time in foster, unless the adoptive home has another greyhound and people who can patiently work with Alicia to gain her trust. Older children would be better.

I think I'd really like to live in a quiet home with another greyhound who could be my mentor and friend. If you give me time to adjust, I'll be the best friend you ever had. Her small dog status is unknown, but she appears to do fine with cats.
