Quiet love bugs looking for you!!! Meet Safi (left) and Shaba (right) who are both 8 years old, and have been together since they were puppies. Both are spayed, had their dentals, are up-to-date on shots, housebroken, and microchipped. They walk well on a leash and are good with other dogs. These girls are just the sweetest things!
If you're looking for a dog to alert you to strangers, these aren't the ones. They are so quiet and rarely bark and when they do, it's a simple little quiet "woof".
Safi is actually Safi Francesca, which means pure, clean, fresh, attractive and free one! She sure lives up to her name. She is the princess of the two, always such a 'girly-girl' and she does that famous Maltese spin when she's excited. When she runs she holds her head high and just glides across the lawn like the princess she is. Although she is overweight (17 lbs.) at the moment she is on a diet.
Shaba, on the other hand, is the tomboy of the two. Actually named Shaba Carmalita, meaning little cloud with caramel patches, because her ears are a light caramel or lemon color. Right now she weighs almost 15 lbs. she is also overweight and on a diet. Shaba is also very laid back, walks well on a leash and gets along fine with other dogs.
I don't know how they are with cats as there are no cats in this home, but we were told by the previous owner that they are fine with cats also.
Neither Shaba or Safi play with toys but they do rough house with each other and are so fun to watch when they play together.
If you would like two real sweet girls that just love attention, these girls would be great companions. They will need exercise to supplement the diets, so they are looking for someone who likes to take nice long daily walks. It would be awful to separate them now, so anyone interested must adopt the two of them together.
