Nice to meet you, I'm Angel. I'm a super sweet girl that ended up in a rough spot when I was turned into a high-kill shelter with my puppies. I'm very well-rounded and am really up for anything.

The Empty Shelter Project operates as a foster-based animal rescue. We do not have an actual facility for viewing dogs but potential adopters are welcome to meet dogs at our adoption events at PetValu every Sunday from 11-3. If you see a specific pet you would like to meet, please contact us in advance to make sure they will be at the event. PetValu is located at 10079 Market Circle Dr, Manassas VA 20110.
