My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Let’s run through the fields and sing the songs of our glories! I put a whole new spin on the treasured tale of Heidi, an orphaned young girl! I need a home, you need a friend. Am I right? Let me be the active, attentive, intelligent fur-partner you have been looking for! Jogging? Yes! Beach trips? Yes! Trail hiking? Fetch? Iditarod? Yes! Yes! Maybe! I will need a family who can match my energy level, commit to my continued training, and help focus my power toward all the right objectives! I am young, fun, and full of potential. I'm a loyal sort of gal and get anxious when left to my own devices, so I will need to be involved in your daily activities to keep me satisfied physically and emotionally. But once we tucker each other out, it’s cuddle time! Sturdy children 8+ will be able to run in my pack, no problem! I get along with other dogs just wonderfully. Cats, not so much. One place I do like to chill out in is my crate, and I would love to continue that training in my new home. With time, commitment, and training I could be your dream dog, I just know it! 9 months old-51lbs-Australian Shepherd/German Shepherd/Husky Mix. My adoption fee is $220 and includes: spay, microchip, reduced cost training class, free veterinary exam, 1 month pet health insurance, leash/collar, food sample, toy & treat packet.
