My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bella is a 6 year old, 6 ½ lb female Maltese. She was recently surrendered by her owner who was too busy with work to care for her. This sweet little dog is absolutely delightful to foster as she is super mellow, likes other dogs, and her foster family. Although Bella is deaf, you would never know it as she watches your movements and follows some basic hand signals to come and go outside. She is house trained and will bark at the door to go outside. At meal time all we do is show her the food in her bowl and she follows us to her designated eating place.

Bella is seeking an adoptive person who wants a little dog to be near them and to sleep at the foot of your bed. She absolutely hates being confined so a crate is out the question as far as she is concerned.
