Biography: Daisy was a classroom pet who was no longer wanted at the end of the school year. This beautifully-colored Dutch bunny girl found her way to us after her classroom no longer wanted her at the end of the school year. Daisey is very friendly and all she asks for is some quality one-on-one time and attention. Exercise time is one of her favorite things in life and she would be thrilled to have a home where she could binky away her day! Daisey would be a wonderful bonding candidate and would most likely welcome children and/or gentle family pets into her life. She is a special bunny who is anxiously awaiting graduation to life as a house bunny! If this little one appeals to you, hop over to our adoption application so this bun can start a new life at your home!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Daisey, a Newport Dutch was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Dutch for sale in Newport, or seeking a Dutch from a breeder in Newport.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Newport already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Newport breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Dutch breeders who help with Dutch rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Newport paves the way for another one to be saved.
