My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My name is Bellatrix, but everyone calls me Bella for short. My foster mommy named me Bellatrix because she said I had cast a spell of cuteness upon her, and I am I glad I did! I'm looking for my forever home. Maybe it's with you?

I'm a dark brindle pit bull terrier with a dash of white on my nose, my toes, and my belly – I'll probably be a mid-sized pup at most when I grow up all the way.

'm a little shy with new people and situations but once I warm up I'm the life of the party. I get along great with other dogs (I live with two right now), especially if they're into my typical pittie puppy rough and tumble play style. I also live with some cats, but sometimes I try to play with them the same way I do my doggie friends and I'm not sure they appreciate it.

Most importantly, I love children. I spent the first part of my life with a bunch of kids, and they make me really happy and comfortable when they're around. Most of all, I would love to live with some children.

I'm eager to please (I love toys and treats, but for my money you can't beat praise and attention)! Once I'm done romping I love some cuddling and of course, belly rubs. I'm pretty good at sitting, I'm working on my house-training, and staying in my crate longer and longer.
