My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Ike is a 4 year old Boston boy weighing around 22 lbs. He has unusual coloring with a half white and half black face.

Ike is a sweet little guy with big brown soulful eyes. He loves to snuggle with you on the couch or the bed. He likes to go on walks and play with his chew toys. He gets along with other dogs and kids. To my knowledge, he's never been around cats, so we aren't sure how he would handle that. He was previously mistreated, and is somewhat skittish. He does not like hardwood or tile floors. He prefers to be on the carpet or rugs and the couch. He is slowly starting to come out of his shell, but he would probably do better in a quiet home without a lot of action. He needs consistency so that he can trust his human. He has the best temperament and is a true delight to have around.

Ike is crate trained and potty trained. He is up to date on all of his vaccinations, has been neutered, and microchipped. Ike is currently heartworm positive, but has started the slow-kill method of treatment, which involves giving pills. To find out more about the slow-kill method, call Susie Cobb at 803-279-8069.
