My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Nico and I were found wandering the streets of Oakdale, fending for ourselves. A good Samaritan took us to the animal shelter, but there were so many other Chihuahuas—some of us would have to go (one way or the other). Luckily, a Dusty Paws foster dad came to our rescue. We were a little scared at first, but then we met his other dogs and it was better. His big dogs were a little intimidating, but we showed them who’s boss and we all get along now. They tell us there is a cat in the house; we don’t ever see it, but we are sure we would be friends.

Nico and I like playing with each other and our new dog friends. We especially like sitting on the laps of our foster family. We are still learning the poop & pee rules of the house, plus it has been raining a lot, and who wants to pee in the rain? We are pretty smart and will get the hang of it soon (it could worse—we could be Great Danes . . . )

We are pals and it would be great if we could be adopted together. We only weigh 16 lbs between the two of us (I'm the big guy at 10 lbs), so we don’t eat a lot. We're about 3-4 years old.

Please hurry, though. Our foster dad dresses us in bunny costumes—we need to be rescued from the humiliation.
