Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Tracy is a black lab mix who is around a year old. Found on the side of a highway, Tracy was initially shy and skittish, but has quickly learned to love and trust people. She is very affectionate and loves to cuddle. She is currently living in a short term foster home with four other dogs and enjoys their company, although she is a quiet dog and not very playful. When she does play, it is very gently. At the dog park she will sit or stand near her handler and calmly observe the play around her. She is currently being dewormed, so this may be affecting her energy level. Tracy is up to date on shots, is heart worm negative, and is spayed.
Tracy is crate trained and house broken. She likes to walk on the leash but only needs a couple of very short walks a day. She can be cat tested if needed. She has done well when meeting children at the dog park, seeming to enjoy their attention and pets. She seems to take new things in stride pretty well, but wants to sniff/look at them for a while. For instance, the automatic doors at Petsmart were a puzzle for a minute and then she was fine with going through them. She loved sniffing everything and walking through the aisles of Petsmart.
