Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Lilly is a Beagle/German Short Hair who is very friendly! About 2-3 years old and 52lbs., she loves having her belly rubbed and playing outside. She is also great on a leash. She's very mild mannered and doesn't jump up or bark. She's such a friendly girl, she got a terrible case of Happy Tail (wagging her tail so much and so hard, she would break the tip open and it couldn't heal)at the shelter She did have an exceptionally long tail which added to the problem so she was taken to the vet for a "tail-ectomy", meaning she had several inches of her tail removed. She is recovering in temporary foster care and loving it. She couldn't be an easier dog to have around the house. She is very submissive so gets along with other dogs. She is 100% housebroken and loves to watch out the window when she's not enjoying a walk outside. Lilly is a great girl who would blend into any household. If not reclaimed by her owner, Lilly will be available for adoption from Oceana County Animal Control. Please call 231-861-5395. ** Ask about possible Adoption Transportation assistance if you are not in the local area.** The adoption fee is $95. All dogs will be spayed/neutered and up to date on shots before adoption.
