I'm Baxter! I was brought into the shelter running around all by myself!

I'm a small little guy with a big personality! I can always seem to bring a smile to all my visitors faces when they come see me! I'm still a baby so I need someone who will be responsible enough to teach me my manners. I love to play fetch and run, run, run. I would love to have a family and even kids to play with!
