Glory Anna (Adoption Pending)'s Story...
Hi, I'm Glory Anna, a demure little maltese. I'm petite and a bit wary of this world - and for a good reason: I was rescued from a puppy mill. I'm 6-years-old and spent my life in that place. I'll need a caring, understanding family who's willing to teach me how to be a real dog. I have a heart condition but the cardiologist believes that it won’t keep me from having a normal, healthy life.

This dog is from a puppy mill and does require a physically fenced-in yard and another dog already established in his/her home. Puppy mill dogs have never lived in a home and need to learn how to love, play and act like a dog.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Glory Anna (Adoption Pending), a New Freedom Maltese dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Maltese for sale in New Freedom, or seeking a Maltese dog from a breeder in New Freedom.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in New Freedom already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a New Freedom breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Maltese breeders who help with Maltese rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in New Freedom paves the way for another one to be saved.
