Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This is Bonnie and even though luck has not been on her side most of her short life she is very optimistic that this will change in the near future.
Bonnie was born with two birth defects. Nothing that is going to inhibit how she lives, or that will keep her from being her puppy self. Bonnie was born with an eyeball that did not fully develop. Her upper eyelid has grown over it and caused her to lose sight in her left eye. Bonnie also has a nose that is a bit deformed. The nose deformity is only cosmetic.
After coming to NY Bonnie thought that her luck had changed. She went into a super nice foster home, and was living the good puppy life in hopes of finding her forever home. About a week after Bonnie arrived in NY her health declined rapidly, and within less then 24hrs Bonnie was diagnosed with Parvo.
Don't worry this pup is a fighter. After 5 days of being in the hospital she made a full recovery. Bonnie is now searching for a forever home that can give this girl the happy ending she deserves!
