My story

It's BUFORD! Buford is a Shar Pei mix rescued in West Tennessee. Born around the beginning of February 2014, Buford's first owners didn't understand that he wouldn't be a teeny lap dog.

Buford is a big love bug. We aren't sure what he's mixed with, but it doesn't stop him from being cute, cute, cute! He's having a terrific time playing with other doggie friends in his foster home, but he'd love to have a forever family that will adore him for his looks, his size, and his fun loving personality.

Puppies this age become what new owners mold them into. They are sweet, loving, happy, and eager to learn. They need to be taught and trained. They look at other animals as playmates. It is up to new owners to keep them animal friendly and turn them into wonderful family pets.

We are a shelterless rescue, which means we do not have a physical location, so it is not possible to come to see multiple dogs at one time. Our adoption fee is $450 and includes all their vetting, including their spay/neuter, and transport up to the Northeast.***
