Edith is approx. 5 years old and was rescued from a feral colony I take care of and believe that she was abandoned at the colony, but I can't imagine that someone wouldn'€™t want this sweetheart of a cat.

Edith is a tortoiseshell without the stereotypical attitude (torti-tude). She is sweet and loving. She loves to be with people, and she gets along with all of the other cats in the house. When I first saw her in the feral colony, I was surprised that all of the others accepted her and left her
alone. She's not aggressive, though she'll hold her ground with a hiss and/or a whap of the paw.

She loves to play and run around, though she'€™s happiest sitting next to you
getting pets. She's not a lap kitty, but loves to rub up against you. She can be
picked up and carried without any fuss or struggle. She'll come and find you if
you're gone too long. She'€™s very small and lightweight. She's not motivated by food or treats and doesn'™t overeat so she should stay at a healthy weight. She will make a purrfect
companion.

If someone is looking for another cat to join their household, Edith would be ideal because she gets along with other cats. We will happily take her back if her placement doesn'™t work out.
