Effie has arrived recently at Luv Furever and she is a sweetheart! A little shy t first, Effie ia a beautiful 10 pound, 10 week old who will make a wonderful addition to just about any family. She and her siblings were removed from a kill shelter and she's happily awaiting a home of her own. Effie is up to date with all her age-appropriate vaccinations and is spayed.
