Attu is an 8 year old Husky who weighs about 55lbs. He is a gorgeous dog who is a little timid at first but warms up quickly. He still is a little unsure about what to do on the leash because, we believe he was tied outside most of the time. He is figuring out this new thing called walks. Right now he walks around in a circle for a few minutes when he first gets outside but it won't take him long to catch on to this new found freedom. He is warming to everyone at the shelter and wants to sit by you and loves to be petted. If not reclaimed by its owner, this dog will be available for adoption from Oceana County Animal Control. Please call 231-861-5395. ** Ask about possible Adoption Transportation assistance if you are not in the local area.** The adoption fee is $95. All dogs will be spayed/neutered and up to date on shots before adoption.
