Baby's Story...
Hi! my name is Baby, I'm a male maltese, about 2 years old and already neutered, UTD w/shots and microchip. I have been rescued by my foster mom about a year ago and I'm looking for a house where I can receive the special attention I need since I'm very allergic and have delicate skin, but I am good with cats, small and big dogs. I am very outgoing, play fetch, very agile, but I need special attention since I tend to develop skin allergies, specially to fleas or any other bite, so I need special (good) food and a good environment (inside). I am even crate trained, housebroken (wee wee pads) and I am a lover and love to cuddle. If you want to adopt me, please email us at k9forlove@aol.com or call foster mom Eilyn at 305-609-6589 or Lorena at 305-766-0127.
Thanks for watching!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Baby, a Miami Maltese dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Maltese for sale in Miami, or seeking a Maltese dog from a breeder in Miami.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Miami already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Miami breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Maltese breeders who help with Maltese rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Miami paves the way for another one to be saved.
