Heidi's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, a special needs pet, up to date with shots, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Heidi's Story...
Heidi a special needs dog that is very sweet but very skittish. She will warm up to her new owners very quickly and can even go out without a lead once she knows her person and is comfortable with them; Heidi is mostly house trained and great with other dogs and cats, as well as kids, but she needs a quiet home. She has separation anxiety so she would need to be crated when left alone or kept in a privacy fenced in yard- she can jump a chain link fence but she won't run off if she gets out. She is about 18 months old, spayed, and utd on shots.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Heidi, a Bentonville German Shepherd Dog/Briard dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog/Briard for sale in Bentonville, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog/Briard dog from a breeder in Bentonville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Bentonville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Bentonville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog/Briard breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog/Briard rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Bentonville paves the way for another one to be saved.
