My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My name is Fern and I am a 2 year-old Flat Coat Retriever mix or you could just refer to me as a black Golden. Before I came to AGK, I was running loose because I got away from my owners. They did not come looking for me so the shelter contacted AGK. That is the good news. The bad news is I have heartworms, which are very expensive to treat. The doctor said I will be ok after I get my medicine but I would love for you all to help AGK pay for me. Oh, I am a very sweet, very loving girl who likes to play with my canine foster siblings and I LOVE to give hugs. I also like to follow humans around because they are quite fascinating. I am a really good girl and I would love to my find my forever family who will take care of me and make sure I stay healthy and off the streets. Love to all, Fern.
