Beau's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Beau's Story...
Beau is a precious little guy approx 3 yrs old, weighing about 16 pounds. He was found in middle of the road and no one answered any of the ads to claim him. He is now doing well in his foster home and has master ed the "art" of housetraining. He is a happy boy who loves to go for walks and car rides. He gets along well with cats and other dogs. He likes children; but as with all small dogs, we do prefer a home with older children. Beau has been going with his foster Mom to visit nursing homes and is very good and gentle with the residents and they love to see him come and visit! He is neutered and up to date on all shots. Of course we are not certain of his pedigree, but he definitely looks like many purebred Poms we have seen. In a few of his pictures he is sporting what is called a "Lion clip" to keep him cooler in the hot summer months. If you would like some more info on Beau and or fill out an application on him, please contact lorainecm@comcast.net. or omlc7@hotmail.com Thanks for your interest in him.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Beau, a Plainfield Pomeranian dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pomeranian for sale in Plainfield, or seeking a Pomeranian dog from a breeder in Plainfield.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Plainfield already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Plainfield breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pomeranian breeders who help with Pomeranian rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Plainfield paves the way for another one to be saved.
