~ABOUT ME~

Gala is a super sweet girl who never runs out of kisses. She’s very loving, affectionate and playful, and looking for a friend in everyone she meets. She LOVES other dogs. She has not been cat tested, but doesn’t seem to mind the neighbor’s chickens. She knows some basic obedience, is crate trained and is housebroken. Gala loves to cuddle, but she is also a very athletic girl, so she would do best in an active household. She could use some more work on her leash manners, but is eager to please and easy to train.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Gala, a Garden City Pit Bull Terrier/Boxer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier/Boxer for sale in Garden City, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier/Boxer dog from a breeder in Garden City.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Garden City already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Garden City breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier/Boxer breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier/Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Garden City paves the way for another one to be saved.
