Prancer's Story...
My sibs and I were born on 12/27/2007. We are growing fast. I’m Prancer. I’m the smallest male of my litter mates. My foster mom says I am beautiful with black and brown markings, short shiny hair and a cute curly tail. Even though I am a "HUG"I look a little like a terrier. I am crate trained. I’m a little shy, but I love other dogs and cats. I will probably be a small to medium sized dog when grown. Prancer is just a pup, so plan on lots of chewing, patience with house training, and a commitment to work with his on training so he becomes a responsible canine citizen! Little Prancer needs a commitment through all of life's changes...additions of family members, moves, job changes or whatever else life brings your way. Flagstaff applicants with at least one other dog preferred. Please click on "Contact Us about Prancer" to fill out an application.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Prancer, a Scottsdale Cattle Dog/Pug puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Cattle Dog/Pug for sale in Scottsdale, or seeking a Cattle Dog/Pug puppy from a breeder in Scottsdale.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Scottsdale already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Scottsdale breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Cattle Dog/Pug breeders who help with Cattle Dog/Pug rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Scottsdale paves the way for another one to be saved.
