Roubles's Story...
What could you buy with all the Roubles in Russia? Nothing, silly, ‘cause all the Roubles are right here in Portland waiting for you! I hope it doesn’t take long ‘cause I am just bursting at the seams with love to share! I have paid my dues and feel like now is the time for me to find my happiness—happiness in a family with sturdy children or other dogs. Boy, am I getting plenty of practice playing with all the dogs here and it is super fun! I did pretty well meeting the cats yesterday, but scaredy cats might be intimidated by my play style. I am doing excellent with my crate training and feel it is an valuable skill to have tucked in my back pocket, wouldn’t you agree? I don’t know what the exchange rate is for Roubles, but the love you’ll receive from me in exchange for giving me a home will be beyond what you could ever imagine! 2 years old-19lbs. My adoption fee is $180 and includes: microchip, neuter, reduced-cost training class, free veterinary exam, 1 month pet health insurance, leash/collar, food sample, toy & treat packet.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Roubles, a Portland Beagle/Australian Shepherd dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle/Australian Shepherd for sale in Portland, or seeking a Beagle/Australian Shepherd dog from a breeder in Portland.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Portland already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Portland breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle/Australian Shepherd breeders who help with Beagle/Australian Shepherd rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Portland paves the way for another one to be saved.
