Here's what the humans have to say about me:
CASH is a 6 year old chocolate neutered male who weighs 90 pounds (needs to lose around 10 lbs). He's a sweet and friendly boy. He rode great in the car during his long transport. He was super friendly with all the other dogs and as soon as he sees the leash, he will sit down. This gorgeous boy is said to chase cats, so no cats. He's approved for kids aged 10+.
Update (4/20): Cash may be 90 lbs (and needs to be 80), but don’t let his size fool you – he is an easy-going gentleman! He doesn’t jump up on people or counters, he doesn’t rush the door, and he has yet to bark (though he does a lot of super-cute vocalizing to let you know he’d like some attention). He is gentle at taking treats and eats his food slowly. He hasn’t chewed on or bothered a thing – including the basket of dog toys which he has completely ignored. He is not really interested in classic “retrieving”. He goes right outside to do his business and then runs back in (he may need some help to understand that he can stay out as long as he likes). Cash loves to walk and has a funny “Mexican Jumping Bean dance” he does when he sees the leash. He loves to be petted and will use his muzzle to get you going – he especially loves to be scratched on the nape of his neck and behind his ears, and to get his belly rubbed.
He likes the dog bed, and the couch even better (though he waited to be invited up) - especially if you are sitting there too so he can lay his head on your hand or arm. He goes right into his crate and likes to go in with the door open. He likes to know where you are, but isn’t obsessive. He knows basic commands including sit, down and come, and will be easy to train because he aims to please. He settled into the house in literally a matter of hours and would be super easy to add to any home. He does have some hind leg weakness that should improve when he loses a few pounds. He'd do better in a home without too many stairs. Literally all this guy needs is some leash training and someone to love!
