My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

6/2/14 - I'VE BEEN ADOPTED!
Adoption Fee: $150
Fostered in Texas
Age: 10.5 years
Weight: 6.6 lbs.

4/28/14 - Howdy ya'll. The name's Ranger and I'm just the cutest thing from here to Mexico. My past is a bit of a mess because it seems that I have been in quite a few homes, quite a few cities and had quite a few owners. I'm sure that this was through no fault of my own, but I think it is pretty ridiculous that a tyke like me could be homeless at my age.

Well, now that I've felt sorry for myself, now I'll tell you what is currently going on and how great life is now. I have a foster family who is great. They feed me, bathe me, talk to me and seems like they genuinely care about me. Problem is that they already have two dogs and three would be too much, but they are stepping up to the plate and fostering me until my perfect home can come along.

Everyone here is cool, but I like following that foster mommy around. She hands out some stellar meals and treats that are to die for. I have some springness to me and when I'm waiting on my treat, I can jump up to her waist when I'm excited.

I seem to pick up on routines rather well, and am doing good in my foster home. I'm sure when I have to change homes again, my potty training will stray, but I'm sure you can get me back on track if you aren't gone too long.

I'm a clingy little man, but also am fine with going off into one of the room's closets and having some down time. This "me" time lets me thank God for putting me on the right street at the right time so I could be found. He is small, so young children will be a no-no.

Seems the more comfortable he is getting at his foster home, the more brave he is getting and he sometimes growls at the other two dogs (bigger than him) for no reason. We think he might just be trying to find his place in the pack or is getting jealous of his newfound mom and doesn't want to share. We will know more the longer he is here.

They have toys here, but I haven't picked up on that yet. Guess my stays at my previous homes were never long enough to collect possessions. I'm not much of a barker, but will let you know if someone is at the door.

Anyway, as I understand it, I am again looking for a new home. My last, permanent home. My pictures do not do me justice. If you think that you'd like a young, old man to share your life with, fill out an application.

4/22/14 - BIO COMING SOON!
