Spooky's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, not good with dogs, and good with cats.

Spooky's Story...
Spooky is not spooky at all. She's a 2 year old American Bulldog mix that was surrendered to Friendship because she did not get along with the other dog in the family. She is a very sweet girl who thinks she is a lap dog. Spooky is great with kids and cats. She has manners in the house and is crate and house trained. Stop by and take a look at sweet Spooky.

If you have kids and/or another dog in your family and are interested in adopting a Friendship dog please bring them with you for a meet and greet. No appointment is necessary. Stop by anytime during regular business hours.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Spooky, a Elyria American Bulldog/American Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Bulldog/American Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Elyria, or seeking a American Bulldog/American Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Elyria.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Elyria already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Elyria breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Bulldog/American Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with American Bulldog/American Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Elyria paves the way for another one to be saved.
