Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Duke knows exactly how to stand out in a crowd! He is people-oriented dog and thrives when he is part of a family. He will strive to please you and take great pride in making you laugh. He will demand your attention and will be an excellent companion, for you and your family. Duke loves children and is very very patient, gentle, and tolerant towards everyone. Though Duke might look big he is really too friendly to be a guard dog. He wags his tail and shows his belly to everyone who is willing to say hi to him.
Duke is highly intelligent, graceful, and loyal. He is very in tune with the people he is with. If he sees that you are having a bad day or upset he will do all he can to make you smile -- even if it means giving you a big snuggly hug! He is always ready for fun, and loves to play outdoors. He really needs an interactive family who will spend time with him. Duke is great with all other dogs.
