My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello again, MoonDog! MoonDog originally came to Thunder Puppy University as a rescued/retired sled dog in 2011. She was adopted in September of that year, but now, through no fault of her own, she is once again looking for her REAL FurEver Home.

We can't say enough good things about her and brag how smart and sweet she is- great off leash, good house dog, nice to kids, cats, still loves to run fast and do her Zoomies- the letter of recommendation is long and loving.

Remember that MoonDog is a former Sleddie & and sled dogs are not always easily domesticated like your typical house pet. She retains some of her shyness, practices avoidance rather than confrontation, and isn't a slobbery, overly affectionate dog. A person needs to respect her and give her space without having expectation. Other than that? MoonDog has made great strides
in returning to Balance and lis the perfect catch for an active, loving and patient Leader.
