Eddie Jackson's Story...
As you can see from my photo, I'm a big, beautiful brindle boy named Eddie Jackson. (Did i mention i was a BIG boy?) My markings are quite special and highlighted by a white tuxedo front. I'm just off the track and will be four years old on August 11th. I'm a calm and loving boy. I've just been cat tested and am sorry to say that I didn't pass, so I'll need a forever home without cats. If you're looking for a handsome greyt who will return your love tenfold, I'm your guy. Look at my eyes... how can you say anything but...THAT's the ONE! To meet me or to find out more about me, please email greyhoundsverdevalley@gmail.com or go to the website at www.greyhoundsverdevalley.org.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Eddie Jackson, a Cottonwood Greyhound dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Greyhound for sale in Cottonwood, or seeking a Greyhound dog from a breeder in Cottonwood.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Cottonwood already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Cottonwood breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Greyhound breeders who help with Greyhound rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Cottonwood paves the way for another one to be saved.
