MEET TIFFANY -
Do you believe in fairy tales? Are you feeling enchanting? Well, our little TIFFANY is 'feeling alone now.' Her previous family has recently come upon some hard times and is now having to move out of state for work. They have asked us to help her find a new forever home. TIFFANY is a loving, senior black dapple dachshund. She loves to walk, go for car rides and is current on all of her vaccinations and dental care. TIFFANY is healthy, leash trained and house trained. She is a little timid and doesn't really like loud noises, but loves to be petted and sit on laps. Despite her recent sadness, TIFFANY believes 'everything is possible,' including finding a new, loving forever home...How about you?
OUR CRITERIA (aka The Fine Print):
Based on 30 years of experience with rescue doxies, we have pretty strict criteria. Do you work from home/stay at home/work part time? Have a securely fenced yard? We do not place same gender dogs in a home unless they were raised together, and children need to be 10 or older (some exceptions IF the dog is a puppy or the child has been raised with a doxie). We prefer non smokers and a home with no other small animals (ferrets, hamsters, etc) Cats are on a case by case basis depending on the dog. Remember, these are rescues; many were surrendered because of these issues.
WHAT YOU GET IN RETURN WITH YOUR LITTLE RESCUE:
All our dogs are fully vetted, including spay/neuter, rabies, DHPP, Bordetella, Pyrantyl, nails trimmed, and dental when needed. They'll come with a basket of goodies, food, toys and a custom made harness. The adoption fee is $250, sorry no exceptions, as this covers the cost to rescue them, vet them and take care of them while in our rescue. It also helps towards the care of other doxies that come with huge vet or dental bills or need extensive behavioral training.
