If you’re looking for a handsome man with the personality to match, then Wilbur is the one for you! Wilbur was found roaming the streets of New York City with no owner to be found. He was taken to animal control where he caught the eye of his foster mom. (How could you possibly not fall in love with his mug?) After looking at more of Wilburs photos and videos, it was very clear that he had not had the easiest life prior to coming to the shelter. His ears were cropped, he was missing patches of hair and his tail was completely crooked from being broken in the past. Still, his personality was stellar!
Wilbur is now in Pittsburgh and he’s looking for that “forever place”! He is currently living in a foster home with a female pit bull and he is completely smitten with her. This man enjoys a good walk around the neighborhood, but doesn’t need an excessive amount of exercise. He loves nothing more than a good car ride and would love to be your co-pilot! When hanging out at home, Wilbur loves to play. He enjoys chewing on nylabones, playing fetch and snuggling on the couch! Wilbur has probably never lived in a home during his past life, so he is still learning some manners but he appears to be housetrained and crate trained! He is going to obiedence classes with his foster mom so that he can learn even more. Please don’t let Wilbur’s tough exterior scare you, this man has a heart of gold and is just looking for that perfect place to spend his life!
