My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

India is a gorgeous dog and is very playful and affectionate. Her coat is soft like a teddy bear’s! She is a very sweet dog. Her original owners did not give her much attention or training. We are working on manners and she is coming along beautifully! She has responded very well to her leash training and seems to enjoy learning new things. Bless her heart, she is so eager to please. India really loves playing with other dogs. She is curious about cats and has made friends with one of ours but the others keep their distance. India will be great with older children but has not completely mastered not jumping up. She is so happy to get love and attention. If you would like to meet India the first step in our adoption process is the adoption application form which you can complete on line at www.cedarfarmrescue.com . After you have submitted the form call 336.251.8877 to make an appointment to visit with India at our adoption center in downtown Mocksville. We are there by appointment only and generally set the meetings for between noon and 4 pm or after 7 pm any day of the week, holidays included. India has been spayed, microchipped and is up to date on her shots. She is crate-trained and housebroken. She weighs 40 lbs. and is 2 years old. She tested negative for heartworms and is on monthly preventatives for heartworms, fleas and ticks.
