My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Smokey had a family that couldn't keep him when their household changed. He's loving and eager to cuddle and play. He's good on leash. He's 12 pounds. (He loves snacks.) He takes Heartgard on the 4th of each month, for prevention. He goes easily into his little carrier for the night, but he's raring to go in the morning! Smokey can meet you at the Kingwood Petco. His adoption fee, as with all of our dogs, is $50. Our philosophy on adoption fees is to encourage people to consider a rescue dog instead of buying a puppy and thereby adding to the pet overpopulation in our country which results in the killing and euthanization of the majority of dogs born.
