Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Of all the puppies and dogs that have passed through her home, Tucker's foster mom says he's the one who's touched her heart more than any other because he's such a sweet reminder that none of us are perfect. We all have issues. Tucker accepts his peoples' faults; now he desperately needs a human who's as willing to accept his faults; someone who will love him unconditionally for the rest of his life. This handsome, healthy 4.5 year old, 49 lb. Cattle Dog/Beagle mix is fully house trained, neutered and up to date on all shots. He LOVES to go for walks and LOVES to ride in the car. Just pick up your keys and he picks up his leash! He knows how to sit, stay, roll-over and high five! He is very affectionate, playful and loving with his foster mom and is probably the most intelligent dog she's ever known. He is not one to fully trust immediately upon first meeting, however, with just a little time he loves wholeheartedly and will not disappoint with his loyalty and affection towards his adopter. Tucker has a very dominant personality. His issues include showing aggression towards other dogs outside the home, so we need an adopter who doesn't care about going to the dog park. Tucker's perfect home will be all adults who are active and live in an area where you won't typically see other dogs while on walks. He has an adventurous spirit and is quite cuddly most of the time, but when snoozing or eating he prefers to be left alone. He gets along well with other foster dogs in the home, so he can be placed in a home with another dog. Please; this dog deserves a closer look. Don't lose out on a lifelong bond with this special young dog! Please call Debbie at 401.954.9204 for more detailed information or for an application. No adoption fee.
