Clyde's Story...
Clyde is a sweet almost eight week old kitten. He is playful, affectionate, and loves his siblings. He is one of six kittens born to rescued mom, Bebe. Clyde must be adopted with one of his siblings (Ike, Kyle, Bradley, Marvin, or Token) or to a home with another young playful cat. Preference will be given to those interested in adopting in pairs.
Token's adoption fee of $125 or $200 as a pair with another kitten includes her spay, virus testing, parasite treatment, age-appropriate vaccines, and microchip with registration.
Clyde and his siblings are currently living in a foster home. We do not have a physical shelter and require a complete application prior to setting up a meeting with any of our kitties. Please email us at carfforanimals@gmail.com if interested in Clyde. Please no phone calls.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Clyde, a Chicago Domestic Mediumhair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Chicago, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair kitten from a breeder in Chicago.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Chicago already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Chicago breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Chicago paves the way for another one to be saved.
