I am Stephen. My mother and I were surrendered to Philly Pug & Short Nose Rescue as my former guardian could not take care of us any longer. I am up to date on shots, love car rides and get along with my foster bothers and sisters. I use to be free feed which lead to me putting on a few extra pounds.
