My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Big Ben is around 8yrs old, black male, neutered, heartworm negative, who LOVES to ride and be with people. Ben likes to lie around and gets along with other dogs and kids. He's the newest addition to the LLR family today - and we are so happy to give him another chance at life. He hasn't been around cats, but he's happily watching guinea pigs, so he's pretty laid back! He's a big boy weighing in at 91lbs, but could stand to lose a little weight. Ben has a lot of pep in his step and is looking for a family of his very own!

To find out how to adopt this wonderful Lab or opportunities on how you can foster a Lowcountry Lab Rescue dog, please visit our web site lowcountrylabrescue.org.

Please note: Lowcountry Lab Rescue is an all-volunteer organization that exists as a network of fosters.  As such we do not own or operate a shelter nor can we ship or deliver dogs out of state. An adoption application must be filled out before Lowcountry Lab Rescue can adopt or foster our dogs. As an all-volunteer it may be a day or two before we can respond to your application, but we do appreciate your interest in helping homeless Labs and hope we can help you find your future best friend!
