Little 6lbs's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, and good with dogs.

Little 6lbs's Story...
Little was found on the side of the interstate one day when I was driving to go shopping. Instead of clothes I ended up shopping for a dog carrier, collar, and basic supplies to last me a while to get her home. She is a doll. Very sweet and quiet. Low energy. House and kennel trained. She prefers a home without small children as she is more quiet and settled herself. She likes to cuddle but isn't clingy. She smiles when she is happy and gets along great with all size dogs but prefers dogs her size. Little is fully vetted and heartworm negative. Adoption fee is $175.00 for this pet. This generally includes age appropriate vaccines, spay/neuter, a wellness exam, dewormer, fecal, hw and flea preventative that is given while in our care, microchip and sometimes registration depending on the company, as well as any other medications or procedures needed while in our care. email raesance@gmail.com for an adoption application.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Little 6lbs, a Metairie Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in Metairie, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Metairie.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Metairie already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Metairie breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Metairie paves the way for another one to be saved.
