Valerie is a female Poodle/Maltese mix puppy only 9 months old. She has white curls that are non-shedding with long wavy ears and tail. Valerie has been professionally groomed and currently has a short haircut due to severe matting and neglect upon arrival to the rescue. Valerie is very skinny from being stray and currently weighs only 9 pounds. Her ideal or adult weight should be approximately 18 pounds full grown. Valerie is all puppy, playful, frisky and fun. She absolutely adores people and can always be found close by eager for attention. Valerie will follow you anywhere and is eager to please. She has been neglected and uncared for her whole young life and all she wants is a home to call her own and someone to love her. She is intelligent and understands simple commands already. Valerie is very attentive and her bright little face doesn't miss a thing. She walks on leash and is confident out and about. Valerie loves being showered with attention and greets company and strangers without reservation. She is just starting out in life and can be exactly the kind of pet you want her to be. Once her coat grows out and with regular meals, Valerie is going to be one classy gal. She has long elegant legs and her tail waves high in the air when she's happy. Valerie was rescued from a very high-volume/high-kill shelter where she was brought in stray. She is a cheerful young dog and is ready for her new forever home today!
Valerie’s adoption donation is $400 (*TAX DEDUCTABLE). She has been SPAYED, MICROCHIPPED, VACCINATED, DEWORMED, DEFLEAED and PROFESSIONALLY GROOMED. Also included is her collar with ID, harness, leash, folder with all of her records, a great PETCO coupon book, and a fun goodie bag with toys, etc.
Valerie is being fostered by Pet Match Rescue Foster Volunteer, Sharon and is ready for her forever home.
