My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Rigby is a 2 yr old Pyrenees/Border Collie mix male. He is super loving and adorable; they just don't come any sweeter then this boy. Rigby is good with other dogs of any size, doesn't pay attn. to the cat, loves everyone he meets, and just an all around sweet fella. He is house trained and crate trained although doesn't require crating as he has great indoor manners.

This sweet boy came from the shelter with an obvious injury to his left wrist and foot. X-rays and exam showed he's probably had his foot ran over; but because it happened some time ago and break had already fussed/healed so surgery wasn't possible to repair it. He will have limited flexibility in the ankle joint and he will hold it up sometimes, esp. when he wants to run but we hope that continues to improve and he will use his bad foot more and more with time. He could have some discomfort at times if he over uses that foot so Rigby is looking for a leisurely home which fits his personality anyways as he is such a laid back boy and his favorite things to do is lay at your feet and nap.

Rigby is aprox 65lb so medium size boy, single rear dewclaws, fully vaccinated, heart worm negative, dewormed, neutered, and micro chipped. If you are interested in adopting Rigby please contact GPRO at greatpyrrescueofok@yahoo.com
