My name is Pugsley. I am 4 years old and a small pug mix boy. I lived with and elderly man who took really good care of me and I had a good life with him. As he aged, things changed and he just couldn't take care of me, so I came to rescue. I am a good boy and it did take me some time to get
over a few issues that hindered me from doing well with other dogs, but now I am doing well with others and I play well with most of my pals here at the rescue. It does take me awhile to warm up to meeting people I've never met, but once I get to know you, I love to be held and will give you kisses.
Please give me a 2nd chance and a loving home. I am a healthy boy and I was well taken care of by my owner until he just couldn't care for me anymore. If this rescue had not taken me in, I would have been taken to a scary shelter and it wouldn't have been a good experience for me. Now I'm getting a chance to find my new forever home again and these rescue folks have been very good to me. My owner basically sheltered me from everything by keeping me at his home and never took me out, except to be vetted. If you have a dog who is very dog social and would love a pal to play with and hang out with, I would love to have a chance to have my forever loving home. These
nice rescue folks have really worked with me to help me overcome my issues with being around other dogs and I absolutely love to play with all of my doggie buddies now, whereas before, I just didn't do well with them at all. Fill out an application, get approved and come to see me soon!
