My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My name is Gabe. I am a 4 yr old yorkie/maltese mix and I weigh 12.7 lbs. Some folks say I’m afraid of my own shadow! I’m just very cautious when I meet new folks so be patient and extend a loving hand to me….in time, I’ll follow you everywhere! I prefer being in a stress-free home with no small children and no other dogs; sometimes I feel threatened and with some dogs (not all), I tell them to stay away from me in no uncertain terms. I really am a good boy; I need someone to understand, love and hold me, especially during thunderstorms....I get very scared.

GABE is very healthy and housebroken. He needs love and support to ease his anxieties. He is a sweet dog but needs an experienced, understanding owner to help him.
