My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Harper! This little girl is a happy and friendly 4 month old female pit bull terrier possibly mixed with Labrador and/or hound. She has a very social personality- great with other dogs and cats. She loves playing with her canine foster siblings and does well with dogs of all sizes.
Harper really loves people, including children, and when she isn't playing she can be found snuggling or sleeping on a lap. Although playful, she settles down very nicely and is extremely well-behaved in public places.
Harper is crate trained and is almost house trained. She is very smart and has already learned to “sit” for treats. She is also very good when riding in the car and when being bathed.
Although only 23 lbs. right now, we expect that this little girl will be rather large when fully grown. She is healthy up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations.
Please note that we place our dogs into homes within 1 1/2 hours of Lake & McHenry Counties in Illinois...(sorry, NO exceptions).**
